Proper time

I do not rush appointments or watch the clock. However long your dog needs to settle is however long we take.

You will never leave a session wondering what to do next. Everything we agree comes to you as clear bullet points on WhatsApp.

Kind, science-led methods

No gadgets, no shouting and nothing that works by frightening your dog. That is not negotiable here.

Behaviour support

Choose how long you would like me alongside you.

Behaviour changes over weeks, not in a single afternoon, so what you are really choosing is how long I stay involved. Every option starts with the same full consultation. The longer ones simply keep me on hand while you do the work at home.

The consultationUp to two hours in your home, a full history and assessment, a bullet-point summary on WhatsApp afterwards, and two weeks of support while you put it into practice.£150

Six weeks togetherEverything in the consultation, plus two one-hour follow-up sessions in person and six weeks with me alongside you.£330

Twelve weeks togetherEverything in the consultation, plus four one-hour follow-up sessions in person, twelve weeks with me alongside you and a check-in call each month.£550

Most people start with the consultation and decide afterwards. If you later want to move up to a longer period of support, you only pay the difference. Support means WhatsApp or phone, Monday to Friday, nine to five, for short questions, updates and clips, and I reply within one working day. Voice notes and video reviews are included while your support period is running. It is not an emergency line.

Packages

Puppies, training and scent work.

These are booked as a whole and we space the sessions to suit your dog. If life gets in the way we simply move a date.

Puppy ProgrammeA 90-minute kickstart visit, six one-hour sessions over 12 weeks, WhatsApp bullet summaries and voice notes after sessions, video reviews between sessions, and bounded support throughout the 12-week programme.£750

Training block of fourFour one-hour sessions to work through something properly, week to week. Thirty pounds less than booking them singly.£330

Scent work six-week classSix weekly 45-minute sessions in a small, calm group of up to six dogs. Per dog.£110

Single sessions

One session at a time.

Sometimes a package is more than you need, and you are very welcome to book sessions singly instead.

Follow-up behaviour sessionA further one-hour session in person, once your period of support has finished.£90

One-to-one training sessionA single one-hour session on the everyday things: lead walking, recall, jumping up, settling.£90

Scent work one-to-one sessionA one-hour session shaped entirely around your dog, just the two of you.£70

None of these are required and nothing here replaces a consultation. They exist for the moments in between, when something crops up and you would rather ask than guess.

Quick advice callA booked 20-30 minute call when you just need to talk something through.£35

Voice-note video reviewSend me short clips and I reply with a proper voice-note assessment. This is for when you have no support period running, as video reviews are already included while one is.£45

Travel is included within ten miles of Canterbury. Further out there is a small mileage charge, and I will always tell you what it is before we book anything.
